“In June 2019, I was contacted by Alison Taylor, General Manager of PUMPNSEAL Australia, in Wangara Western Australia. Alison had received my contact details from other business referral and was interested in improving PUMPNSEAL Australia’s OH&S, Environmental and Quality Management Systems in preparation for ISO Certification to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. After an initial meeting and acceptance of the proposal, I was engaged to commence the project working closely with Alison, Gavin Brown the company’s Operations Manager, and the company’s workshop staff. Upon system development, I was very impressed with not only the state of the workshop (You could literally eat off the floor it was so clean and organised!) but also the passion in which all staff portrayed, in relation to the quality of products and service they provide.
We worked as a team from July 2019, until October 2019 when the company passed their stage 1 and 2 audits and achieved ISO certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
