Early 2024, I received a phone call from Cameron Jacotine, the Managing Director of JMD Engineering, as he was seeking ISO 9001 certification, to formally document the company’s processes and ensure consistency during the design process. We worked with Cameron and his team, developing and mapping processes in context to the company’s operations, which enabled JMD Engineering to obtain ISO 9001 certification a short time later.

Our team engaged Scott, and the team at S & J Auditing & Consulting, in early 2024, to assist our company in gaining ISO 9001 certification. We worked together over a period of months, to develop a tailored quality management system, based on existing processes to manage the company’s quality risks and performance. We used a mixture of current documentation and newly designed documents, which ensured that the time requirements from myself and the management team were kept to a minimum. We cannot recommend S & J Auditing & Consulting highly enough for anyone looking to achieve ISO 9001 compliance.
