I was received a phone call from Malcolm O’Malley, the owner and Managing Director of North Western Drainage and Civil in late 2023, as he was inquiring into the process of becoming ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified. The company had some good contracts with some government agencies in Broome, Western Australia, and needed to obtain ISO certification, to continue to expand these opportunities. Our team worked with Malcolm and his team over a period of months, which enabled them to achieve full certification to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in early 2024.
