In late 2023, Rob and Geoff from Park Group, contacted me as they were seeking ISO 9001 and AS 9120 certification, and needed some assistance. We worked closely with the team at Park Group, in developing a quality management system in preparation for certification. Their systems and processes made the project easy and enjoyable, as they are the leaders in their products and services. The certifications they achieved has provided new market opportunities, and an improvement in documentation and the management of internal processes. Our team continues to works closely with Park Group, to ensure they remain complaint to ISO 9001 and AS 9120.
