I had been chatting with the owner of Hose Protection Australia for a while, as Ben had wanted his company to obtain ISO 9001 certification for some time. I worked closely with Ben and his team to develop the company’s quality and production processes, for the plant in Canning Vale. Shortly after, Hose Protection Australia achieved full ISO 9001 certification with a JAZANZ accredited certification body, and we continue to provide support for Ben and his team, by conducting ongoing internal audits.
