Our goal is to increase profits, minimise inefficiencies and open new market opportunities through the implementation of management systems certified to ISO standards. The ISO standards often apply a broad approach to meeting each clause, meaning we can design and implement systems for businesses and remain focused on “process management” as opposed to long-winded policies and procedures that bring little to no value.

Our Head Consultant, Scott Smith, was previously a National HR and Accreditation Manager for a large transport company, prior leaving that position to follow his passion to become an ISO Business Management Systems Consultant.

Prior to this, Scott was in business with a Bulk Oil Cartage Contract, where he gained extensive experience in the transport and logistics industry and became familiar with a broad range of management systems. Scott understands business, and how business owners think. He and his team have adopted a simple, but effective approach to delivering tailormade systems that brings benefits to his client’s businesses, and provide confidence leading into ISO Certification Audits.

As we commence to work with each client, we follow a simple 10 step process to the development of ISO Systems.

  1. Establish client specific styling for all documentation, to ensure professional presentation of each document developed (e.g. Flowchart colours, fonts used throughout company documentation etc.)
  2. Conduct a review of the company’s key risks and opportunities, to establish a framework for the ISO management system
  3. Commence to design and write draft processes, policies and procedures, in direct reflection to the risks and opportunities identified in step 2
  4. Review all processes, policies and procedures with the client to ensure 100% satisfaction, prior to continuing
  5. Provide consultation and training with our client’s staff, to ensure each process is well understood and effective
  6. Rollout and implement the ISO management systems, to verify effective process management
  7. Implement any remaining corrective actions within the organisations, in preparation for ISO stage 1 and 2 certification
  8. Coordinate with the chosen certification body in booking in the certification audits
  9. Provide support and guidance through the certification audits, including formal review of the certification body’s audit reports
  10. Provide a detailed plan with each client, around the upkeep and maintenance of the ISO management system, including any additional after sales support

This includes:

  1. Design, development and implementation of ISO Business Management Systems, to achieve and obtain ISO certification
  2. Provide ongoing consulting support for our clients, who may want to outsource the upkeep of their ISO Business Management Systems (i.e. Internal Audits, Customer Feedback, Management Review etc.)

Many of our clients feel they do not need a “full-time” resource for the upkeep of their ISO Business Management Systems and opt for an ongoing support package by one of our consultants. These proposals are developed and submitted based on the needs and expectations of our clients, and can be anything from a monthly visit to conduct internal audits, HSE meetings, customer etc. all the way to an annual visit, to check and verify the systems are ready for each ISO Surveillance Audit conducted annually. Whenever our clients need support – we are only a phone call away.
